How to get help with Celeris, what the docs already answer, and what you can delete.
Get help
The quickest route is from inside Celeris, because the report arrives with the context we need. Type report a bug in the composer, or open the account menu and choose Send feedback.
The form opens prefilled with a picture of the Celeris window and the recent activity in the session you are on, so a report usually needs nothing from you but a sentence. You can read every attachment in the form and untick any of them before you send. What is on your screen is never attached unless you turn it on.
You can also write to support@celeris.ai. Tell us roughly when the run happened, and we can match it to what you send.
Answers in the docs
- Quickstart: your first task, in about a minute.
- Install: macOS, Windows, Linux, the permissions Celeris asks for, and signing in.
- Troubleshooting: a dead hotkey, a blank capture, sign-in that never finishes, a connector that stopped working, voice that cannot hear you.
- Privacy: what is sent to run a task, what stays on your machine, and what you can turn off.
Your data and your account
Celeris is a local app. Your files, screen captures, command output and session history live on your machine, so most of what you might want to remove you can remove yourself:
- Deleting a session removes its local log.
- Turn off anonymous usage reporting in Settings, under Privacy.
- Disconnect a connector in Settings, under Tools, and Celeris loses that access immediately.
- Revoke a screen, accessibility or microphone permission in your operating system's settings, and it takes effect immediately.
Your sign-in details sit with your Celeris account rather than on your machine. To close that account and delete what it holds, open account security in the Celeris Console and delete your Celeris account there. Signing out of Celeris is not the same thing: it leaves the account in place.
